• Remote support service offers you our best effort to respond to your support request for your IT infrastructure, with no monthly contract obligations.
• Payment on order may be requested and this service is billed in 15min increments and pricing dependant on technical skill level required.
• Remote Support is offered in increments of 15 minutes. 
• We will offer Remote Support by Telephone and/or Remote control of your computer to fix the problem.
  If we are unable to solve your problem remotely we will offer you a 100% refund or you can use these funds towards booking a callout to assist you at your premises.
  (Non-resolution must be reported to us within 48 hours after support taking place. Failure to do so will result in no refund or onsite alternative)
