Call Outs (Onsite IT Support)
Call Outs by the hour - offers you best effort onsite support for your IT infrastructure, as soon as possible, with no monthly contract obligations. Payment on order may be requested and this service is billed by the hour and pricing dependant on technical skill level required.
You would typically call into our helpdesk 086 111 2487 and ask for a quote for one hour of labour plus travel. On receiving this price, you will be required to make payment and fax or email us proof of payment before we are able to despatch an IT Consultant to assist you with your problem. We will send you an invoice once the work has been completed.
If the call out takes longer than the initial hour, you need to approve the extra time spent on your premises to resolve your issue, this is only if the technician's schedule allows for it. An alternative time may be booked if necessary. Payment for this will also need to take place before the IT Consultant may continue.
Please note that you are paying for our time to consult with you and attempt to solve your problem in the given time allocation purchased, a callout fee is non-refundable irrespective of the outcome.
