MySupport Lite offers you the opportunity to purchase support hours in advance on a monthly contract.
MySupport Lite
offers you dedicated reactive on-site and remote support for your IT infrastructure, with a minimum 12 month contract requirement. This service is billed by the hour for on-site support and in 15min increments for remote support. With MySupportLite you also receive preferred contract pricing for projects dependant on technical skill level required.
With this contract you purchase a block of hours per month, these hours will not be carried over from month to month. You will receive weekly usage balances to keep track of how things are going.
You have the ability to use these hours in increments of 15 mins for remote support and only 1 hour increments for Call-Out (onsite) support. Please take note that a travelling fee for the Call-Out support is applicable.
