About Complete IT Services
Complete IT Services started its operations from Cape Town in May 2002. From our Cape Town office we offer support to all major centres through strategic partnerships with other IT companies as well as industry leading remote technology. We pride ourselves on our business model which enables us to offer 80-90% of our managed support services remotely reducing cost and improving resolution times.
From inception Complete IT Services showed consistent market growth. Our commitment to clients and our technical superiority coupled with irreproachable business ethics firmly cemented us as a company to reckon with. We have a proven track record in delivering innovative business solutions since 2002 in South Africa.
Our Staff
All the staff at Complete IT Services are highly motivated and enthusiastic about what they do. Through comprehensive staff training and a staff betterment process we aim to enrich and better equip our staff members to service and support our customers.
In June 2002 Complete IT Services became a Microsoft Certified Partner with a core competency in Network Infrastructure Solutions. This certification was upgraded to the highest level in January 2008 by achieving Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with competencies in Information Worker Solutions as well as Network Infrastructure Solutions. In this same period Complete IT Services also obtained the Microsoft Small Business Specialist certification.
